| Broken Sword 3: The Sleeping Dragon.
Great adventure title, with enough great dialoge, humor, and a few action moments, to entertain anyone who wants a smart PC game, that makes you also use your brain. Personal favorite of mine, and I always recommend it highly to female gamers, as it's a game that doesn't go down the path of "Helpless girl in danger" stichk, that too many games follow.
I'd also recommend Unreal Tournament 2k4, as anyone can play, and learn to frag with the best, Diablo II, as it is easy to get into, but insanely hard to stop playing, and Neverwinter Nights, as like Diablo, it's easy to get into, and alot of fun to play.
Though really, girl gamers don't exsist, as a gamer, is just that. Don't be swayed by the "girls play games" or "Doom III isn't for a girl" crap talk I've heard many times in stores, when a woman asks about a game. Buy a game that you think looks kickass, and enjoy it.
