I've been playing Guild Wars for 3 or 4 weeks now, after 4 months of intense WoW play, and I'd recommend GW. The fee vs. no-fee debate has been fairly well beaten to death in another thread in this forum. What I like about GW is that it is sort of a WoW-lite. It's not as intense, time-consuming, or lengthy. Using AI Henchmen for grouping you can "solo" a LOT of it. So far I've solo'd ALL of it, and I'm up to lvl 14 out of 20. The graphics are good, especially if you zoom in close to your character. The respawn is fast and close, not like lengthy retrieving your corpse in WoW. GW is the fastest loading game I've ever seen. I think they're on to something good in that respect. WoW is definitely an absolutely phenomenal game. GW is very, very, very good, and well worth playing.
