This bunch is from a show called Gaki no Tsukai, within the show there were different versions, Silent Library, School, and a whole slew of other random events. These won't have english subtitles like above. But you really do not need them.
Anyhow the general idea though is the show's staff is subjected to all these situations and they are not allowed to react in a certain way, usually laughter. If they do punishment is to follow
