The drinking age in Belgium's actually 16, but they could give less of a crap. I'm serious, the guy who bought the alcohol's 15, but he looks 17 (unless you actually know he's 15, in which case he looks 15, kinda freaky), and even though the clerk sees that he's come in with two kids who obviously are no less than 14 years old, he just takes the money and gives them the drinks...they could've shoplifted the danged things and he wouldn't have cared...
