apple is going to have to move much more quickly with the subsequent hardware releases than they did with the iPod.

Cellphone companies kick these bad boys out every 3 months, and there will be at least 6 iPhone clones out in the next few months, if not looks, at least by functionality, with the probable exception of the touchscreen, which seems a little bit overkill.
