Oh and on contrary you didn't hurt my eyes at all. I'm just saying that if you asked nicely people would be more willing to help you. It's like if I asked you for a cookie. If I say "may I have a cookie?" I would have a greater chance of getting that cookie instead of saying "give me a ****ing cookie!!!"
