OK, I lowered everything to low and turned off AA.

The textures still need a few seconds to compile.. I notice no difference besides HDR when setting everything on low.. on and the 60fps increase.. LOL

But.. will this reflect on what the final will be like on my system? I don't care much for the multiplayer, I have CSS for that. And COD4 looks very promising.. but I don't want to play this fucking game having to wait for the textures to compile and load up before I actually start exploring.
