Regular GTS:

1600mhz memory (800x2)
1.3ghz stream processors
500mhz core

my GTS:
1800mhz memory (900x2)
1.5ghz stream processors
580mhz core

I remember seeing some benchmark site that showed little (0.2%) to no gain at all by adjusting the stream processor clock.

I have my GTS running at 600mhz core and 2ghz for the memory. I haven't tried any higher but I've never had a single lockup or bluescreen yet with these clock rates. I've been using them for quite a long time, too.
