| Well. I think the thing they're going after is enforcing the ToS. That's why I'm thinking they won't ban the people that bought some, but they may hand out warnings or temporary suspensions of the account.
By not enforcing their ToS, they are allowing room for lots of abuse. Certain people can then violate it and say "well you didn't do anything to these people who violated it."
It will be interesting to see. I don't think anything is going to happen any time soon since the process of gathering all the information and researching it will take plenty of time.
