G4 has an extensive interview with Valve's Gabe Newell and Doug Lombardi in which they cover a host of topics, ranging from L4D2, TF2, Episode 3 and the problems of developing for both the PC and Xbox 360 platforms. The whole interview is definitely worth the read, so check out the link below, but be forewarned it did not work in all browsers for me.
These guys have a lot of damage control to do. I'd expect we'll see more press out of them in the coming weeks. This is the first thing they've done in a long time that has (somewhat) tarnished their image as THE game company for gamers.
kinda fun interview to read.. but yeah, wish they'd at least talk about EP3 or Portal 2 for that matter.
