2k Games presents their upcoming third-person shooter "Spec Ops: The Line". Currently under the development of Yager, Spec Ops will feature squad based play in a unique Dubai setting, allowing you to control a team of three characters with their own unique skills. The environment is said to surround players with "dynamic sandstorms", and "high rise buildings" that will provide "tacticle advantages and risks". In addition, Spec Ops will include multiplayer modes which are not listed at this time.
Personally, this game looks really good, and the gameplay reminds me of a mixture between MW, Uncharted, and Gears of War. Hopefully the new dev teams can set this apart from the previous versions of Spec Ops. Unfortunately, Spec Ops will not be available until late 2010 for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360, so we will have to wait until then to find out. Video after the break....

we get it, you don't like infinity ward, now how bout keeping your banter about them confined to an actual thread about them. this game has nothing to do with either IW or MW2. you make me want to punch babies.
