well, you can stroll right in for anything other than the iPhone, you're just knee deep in people wondering when their phone will activate.

in fact ive considered booking a support time for my Air tonight and making the dude sell me an iPhone while I'm in there :0

I'd hold off for awhile... how long was it before they discounted the first iPhone? Remember how pissed off the first buyers were? Be the guy who saw it coming the 2nd time around and go in to buy when they're $99.99.

I get a 17% discount with my employer. It depends on the company as to how much of a discount you get. 17% is about $12 off of the minimum $70 plan, or a savings of $144 over a year. That's an awesome amount of money saved.

I picked up my iPhone 3G today. Thing is so amazing - one thing I can't figure out is how to remove applications after adding them though. I didn't own the previous iPhone, but the GPS works really well and is damn accurate. The 3G network is a pretty obvious upgrade.
