BattleField 2, or BattleField 2142, and why!

i just feel like bf2 takes more skill to play...takes more to fly, more to use armor, ground pounding is way more difficult with the skill of the players because the game has been around longer...i just feel like its more of a challege. The unlock system on 2142 also just makes me insanley mad...and the ranks are so easy to hit

Yeah, pretty much the same as Mcgruff. Ive played it quite a bit at friends houses, and the demo...And I think it just plain blows :o

BF2. Planes and Copters and Tanks. None of those in 2142 are any good.

More realism in BF2....Robots and future stuff are just too childish. While just a game and obviously unrealistic in many instances, BF 2 uses real weapons and equipment. In addition, it was the innovator of squad and commander play...2 of my favorite aspects of the entire game. Sometimes when the moons align just right, it really feels you are in an intense realistic firefight alongside a squad who are helping each other and all.....It's those times in BF2 that keeps me coming back.

Oh no no no my friends the ground pounding in 2142 iis much harder then any bf2 serv or match ive played the armor is weak as well as air but squad tactics and ground fighting is way better in 2142.I still play both but my vote goes to 2142.If you bf2 guys have 2142 load it up some night and us reg of 2142 will take you on a conquest map lots of ground fighting see if this will make you sing a different tune,also I will see if i can scramble up a squad to come to bf2 I think it would be great fun.Also this is posted in bf2 forum I think to be fair you must post this vote in both2142 and bf2.

But when you remove the toughness of armor, it takes away certain properties of battle :P

i personally love just infantry servers, so im fine without armor
