For all of you guys that aren't on the competitive BF2 team, I thought I would let you guys in on the competitive experience. Right now we play both 5v5 Infantry Only on Thursday nights and 8v8 w/ Vehicles on Sunday nights. Our last match was Thursday and it was 5v5 Infantry only against Extreme Gamers United (EGU). We played very well and ended up winning the match 2-0 with a cap out on the second round.
In a couple of months, after the TGL season is over, I might consider gathering together another team for competitive play. I'm pretty sure several of the guys on our current team would be interested in coming back, but there are several of you guys out there that are extremely talented at Bf2 and should get in on this. Its a lot of fun and I think it improves your skill greatly. You just can't get this kind of cooperation and teamwork on public servers.
I might have to look to a league other than TGL such as CAL or TWL. I'll be looking for a solid group of players, probably 12 -15 players, that can hold their own in BF2 and be reliable to show up on match days.

I think that you have to have the map installed as well as the BF2Pro mod to watch the demo's. BF2Pro is just a mod and will in no way mess up your Bf2 install.
