Anyone know if its possible to make it so your chat isnt spammed with:

Clear!

Clear!
Ammo, here!
First aid, here!
Need first aid?
Need ammo?

Ive searched some and didnt come up with anything, and deleting the strings in the localization files doesnt do anything. Just wondering if anyone knows a way to get rid of 'em.
