BF2 server taken down?

That blows. Sometimes I would go to the server and it'd be empty. I don't think I got to play a full game in it. And it is true, CoD4 doesn't compare to BF2. BF2's just on another level.

I know that there wasn't a hacker on the server, a few others thought that either you had been banned previously, or were hacking. There was a sharp disagreement between the 10 or so of us about it, with Teck (who has the final word) saying that there is no way that he could prove it and wouldn't do it. That lead to the tking of you by other people, and everything went downhill from there.

No, I don't blame you (or anyone for that matter) for "killing" the server, its just that bringing back the server should have been done a while ago or never at all.

First off, thank you sR for reviving the server.

It is hard to gain the momentum that sR had a year ago, with new games and all competing for new players attention.

In the future I look forward to having BF3 in the sR lineup.

I feel ya 9Grand, and thanks for the thanks...all we can do is try and try again. Eventually the next BF game will come out and we'll have a clean slate...then, domination!

I actually just got a free copy and will be starting to play, couple guys I hang out with play and it seems to be a new addiction for me much more in depth than CSS or COD:4

Ive been playing it for a couple years now and I still havent beaten it (in terms of ranks, badges, ribbons etc)

Lots of stuff to do in BF2, youll enjoy it
