I am opening this thread because the discussion on the new expansion is interesting. There will be no more discussing here about what games are "lame" smiley face.
I am 41 right now. I want to be 70 before the new expansion comes out.
I never played WoW before. Before sR I was an MMO junkie and actually worked for Sony Online running 3 different servers for them. EverQuest I, EverQuest II, and PS2 Online Adventures. When WoW came out I hated Blizzard because it took all the aspects that made EverQuest good and expanded on it to make a really player friendly game. Many of the Devs that made EQ migrated, rather were head hunted, by Blizzard to dev the game. A lot of the people who I knew from EQ went over to Blizzard. So I felt a small grudge against Blizzard for it. But in the end, fuck it, Sony is not paying my bills and I sold my EQ character for lots of money.
Many people hate on others that play WoW. There is a stigma associated with it, like we secretly want to be wizards and shit. Fuck that. I just like the game.
On topic I heard that there are significant changes in the way that daily quests are going to be handled therefore cockblocking the amount of Gold one can accumulate. WTF is that shit?
