StrafeRight FAQ: Setting Your Country & Flag

Another new and unique feature on StrafeRight 5.0 is the ability to select a country and flag. Now, I know what some of you are probably saying, "Teck, You retard... Thats not new, there are sites all over that allow that!" Which, in all honesty is true. However, I'll bet you've never seen a website that allowed you to select a country and flag and then display it next to your name on a Ventrilo Status page.

This was one feature that actually took a very long time to code. In fact, everyone I spoke to said that doing this was impossible, hence why no one else has ever done it before.

Now, The Ventrilo Status page isn't the only place your flag will be displayed... It will also be displayed on your StrafeRight Profile Page and later on even more area's around the site!

Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the User CP link on any forum page

2. Then click on the Edit Your Details link under Your Control Panel

3. Scroll a little ways down the page and look for Country. Then select your country from the list.

4. Finally, click on the Save Changes button near the bottom.

Now go head and head over to the Ventrilo Status page and check my flag next to my name! Hehe and others once people update this particular field in their profile.
