Well it looks like each person plays and once everyone at each stage has played it calculates the winners and those people progress to the next stage. It doesnt look like you have to all play at the same time which is nice!

Looks like the bracket has to be full before it'll accept a game as counting towards the tournament (just played a game).

Can't find Cutie Quake flash files to bring it into the arcade, so as a temporary measure....
