    Better PM notification?

i notice when i have a PM all that happens is a lil (0) turns into a (1), nothing else, i rememeber the old forum had a lil blinking mail sign till i looked at the PM. I figure that would be useful to many, even memebers when they need to contact an admin ASAP. does anyone else want this back?

its not possible...that old flashing envelope was a VB plugin...the new site isn't using VB in the header.

maybe in the future we could have shaun hack something into the site...but he's backlogged at least a month or more right now

i liked it too (that's why I put it up) but we just have to make due for now...but noted G

If you are online while you get your message, you have a popup that asks whether you would like to view it or not, but when your offline, it is as you said. Unless something has changed since last week.
