i agree tho. I'm wicked excited for this... But i just want Valve to finish this stuff FAST so they can start making HL3.... I mean.. look how long it took them to finish DOD, Team Fort, this, Left 4 Dead, Episodes 2 and 3... 'cmon' with the order!!!!

Hmm.. HL3 with graphics that surpass Alan Wake or Crysis? That's a nice thought - wonder what it'd look like? Actually... have they said that they're going to be making HL3 to begin with?

no they haven't annouced HL3... but im praying for it... it wouldn't make sense not to at this point... It's been 2.5 years since HL2 was released... and now we got Engines like Crysis and STALKER and QW and UT3 coming out...

Don't get me wrong the Source engine has lasted a very very long time, and its still one of the best engines out there right now.. but Valve has some steep competition coming out...

if it didn't take them this long to finish these projects, they probably would already be working on HL3.. but i think they think they can make just enough profit releasing episodic games... although there is nothing planned after Episode 3
