Need Help Regarding CSS Server Hosting

Dear Admins

i realy use this website and its realy helpfull and great website for me and when i decide to host a CSS Server i found a link " Source Dedicated Server Guide - Planet Half-Life " and i configured my server as it is as this article instructed and at the end now i am facing a problem for which i am not geting any solution from net even i register with many forums but i did not get any solution from someone and problem is that when i start my server and try to enter it gives me error of "steam validation rejected" error my one friend who has steam account he can join it but non of other my friends because in our country most of people dont have steam account plsssssssss help me if there is any way how to i configure my this server for non steam users plssssssssssss plsssssssssss help me any body if intrested can contact me at smokeinsoul@hotmail.com

Valve owns the rights to Counterstrike: Source. Meaning they sell it to earn money. To legally play Counterstrike: Source you need to purchase a copy of the game and then register with Valve, which creates a Steam account. Your friends simply need to buy the game.
