| resolution problems in source
for some reason, a while back i went to play source for a couple minutes, and when i opened steam it said source was updating, and in like a half a second it said it was done updating.. so i was like woah thats weird. so i open up cs:s, and all of the sudden my monitor shut off and gave me a frequency out of range message. so i close source and changed my resolution from 1024x768 to 1280x1024 and it worked fine, but as soon as i changed it back to 1024x768 the message came back. i know the problem has to lie somewhere in source, becuase it did that weird updating thing as soon as i opened it even though there was no new updates out. anybody know whats going on? |
