Favorites is being retarded

Ok, so i go to add the sR servers to my favs. and some times they just wont add, and some times they will, but when they do, ill exit css come bak and they wont be there...so any of you know what i should do...

Open Steam in your Taskbar Tray, and then go to Servers -> Favorites, and clear all filters and uncheck all options, then hit refresh and try viewing them in CS.

It always fixes the problem of not being able to see favs in CS, but if you're having trouble seeing them in steam, then I can't help you

I dunno, i just noticed that my fav's never show up when i put them in in the original game (saying when it's full screen). I always had to open up the Steam client and put it in there, but Xfire is also very nifty to have for opening games/servers/seeing friends and what servers they are playing.

Also, if you exit the game by typing "exit" in console, favorites wont stay that were previously added. You have to exit the game by clicking quit on the menu to preserve most favorites.

and if all else fails you could just copy down ip adresses but this should only be done as a last resort as this can be a royal pain in the @$$

This is a problem with alot of people, for some reason if you try to add favorites in-game it will add until you exit that gaming session. So the only real way to keep it saved it by using the steam application or downloading an external program to do it for you. I suggest using steam.
