When I go in straferight 24/7 office server

I start playing about 2 mins later I get these messages


(ADMIN) King Codfish to (RaGe AgAiNsT tHe MaChInE) : change your rate to 10000 im gettin tired of telling you

(ADMIN) empty to (RaGe AgAiNsT tHe MaChInE) : change your rate to 10000 or higher or be kicked


Idk what it is

It is proablly my connection and that I get only a 190 ping but I still dont lag in the games it is just my ping that sucks

But that is the best I can get because DSL is not in my area yet and I have no idea when it will be, I call them ever few months and ask and they say they are still working on it

I cant wait till they get it here beacause it is super fast

But my main problem is what am I going to do intill then because I would like to still play in straferight servers without getting kicked evertime

So can someone please tell me how to fix this if there is anyway or what can I do please

use your console, type in rate 30000

Lol... if the poor guy is trying to say he's using dial up, rate 30000 is going to drive his lag through the roof.

Maybe he should just take the admins advice and do rate 10000.

thanks system...there's a bit problem with a lot of office players hacking their rates to get an unfair advantage. Please don't think any admins are picking you out specifically.

We're going to move forward with installation of a plugin that will force certain rates like interp so that people with low pings and fast connections can't screw with that setting and gain an edge on the competition.

so keep enjoying and if you have anymore questions about rates or what you should be set to please don't hesitate to ask any of the admins or make a post on the boards with your information so people can help you find the best settings.
