I can connect to Office just fine, but when I try to hit roto, it only goes to two bars on the load screen, then eventually gives me the 'disconnect after 4 tries' or whatever that error says.
reboots, cache cleaning, doesn't help.
what's the dealio?

And if all else fails, consider ponying up for Active Virus Shield. :x
