Preloaded Games

I have two accounts.

Games from one account show up on the other as preloaded.

If I delete them from one account, they delete from the other and I lose everything.

It's been a week since I e-mailed steam and still haven't gotten an answer.

What can I do?

it's preloaded because it's resident on your computer from the other account. It's not activated because you haven't paid for it for your other account, but it's still loaded.

If you delete the game from either, it deletes it from the computer system, not from the 'account' (either one).

why do you need to delete from one?

they don't hurt anything - i just don't like seeing them there.
