after latest steam update css sucks ass

So my friend dl'd teh latest steam update and now he gets like 5-10 fps in source.

Before, with the config he was using he would get 50 pretty constantly and 20 at low points.... any idea whats going on?

Anybody else have this issue?

na i am getting my 150+ fps so i am still happy

Yeah i get between 50-100 fps which isnt too bad, i just really love my Anistropic... which is probably why.

But still havent fixed the issue on my friends computer =/
