StrafeRight Launches New CS:Source Pub Server

You've heard me talking about this for few days now and after much deliberation and input from you fine people we've launched the new StrafeRight CS:Source Pub Server. Here are some specifics of the server config:

• 32 Clients
• 100 Tic
• Rotation Of Popular Maps

The server IP is: TBD

The server has a random map vote at the end of each round that will pick 3 maps for everyone to vote on. The list of maps is as follows:

• Dust 2
• Dust
• Italy
• Cbble
• Aztec
• Piranesi
• Inferno
• Nuke

Of course we can add and subtract maps at anytime but let's all try to be open about what maps are on the server at this time. Maybe there are one or two here that you may not like but chances are if the server is full and rocking, you'll never notice and will merrily enjoy pwning it up with your buddies until the next map comes around.


Oh and remember to set your client rates to 100 to address the 100 Tic on this server. Pull down your console and type:

• cl_updaterate 100

The only things I don't like about it is no CPL_mill/Train and the fact that the autosniper is still banned (although nothing I say will ever change the latter )
