LOL you're asking the wrong bunch.
Most these guys just play office and assault.
Gotfrag has a pretty good selection, but it's kind of hard going through thousands of demos.
You can try several cgs teams, like complexity and optx. They have archives full of demos and frag videos. They might even have some Strike demos.
Now, for the strats on strike. CT is relatively easy, since it's a CT sided map. Just hold the site down. Have your best AWPer watch mid. 2 people holding down the A site, one by apartments and one AWPing from CT spawn by the site. 2 guys in B, one watching the stairs and one watching the rush by mid incase the AWPer gets picked. This makes it easier to rotate incase they all rush one site.
Now, T is the tricky part. You need incredible team work, or a lousy opposing team to actually get some wins on this map. You guys should just jump on your private server, and actually run some strats. Have everyone do a certain job, make sure they throw some nice flashes and nades, smokes, the works. Get the bomb down and cover from as many angles as possible. Sure, it sounds basic and like common sense, but it's trickier than that. I'm sure if you guys are determined you will succeed.
