DX10 is like a whole another ball game tho, i think alot of their tech runs on the software point now, but of course your gonna need some power to make it sweet

I'm sure I'll drop for the dx10 video card, but that's about it. 2gb ram, dual core cpu is plenty.

I'll get to build a completly new rig sometime (if I ever have the money for it)... Still running on AGP and single core

Though maybe by the time I have the money I can have a sweet rig for about half as much as it would have been to buy it when it first comes out..... though that means not being able to play those games for a few months after they come out :P

Bingo... my "new" tower is just an AGP thing with a single core AMD. The good news is, by the time Crysis is released, quad core Intels will be in full swing and hopefully, there'll be an 8850 twin GPU vid card.
