No. A beta is generally a finalized build as far as features go. Once a product hits beta, it's usually minor bugs here and there that need tested and fixed.
I've tested alphas and pre-alphas of games that had less bugs than this. Crysis is, in its current state, the worst beta I've seen for as far as I can remember. I've beta tested a lot of games, probably more than 40, over many years. I've also beta tested a ton of software, including having been a beta tester for Windows since Windows 95. On top of that, after Windows 2000, I became a MVP with Microsoft and have full access to beta test daily builds of _any_ Microsoft product. I get free keys for all of their software. They don't just hand that out to anyone. I know what I'm talking about.
