that reminds me, gotta go back and play D3 and Q4 when my new vcard comes in. Not that I had much of a problem with my 6800, but I think a session with everything maxed and a ton of AA should be fun

I doubt it.

This game will not run "perfect" on any current hardware.

You may find the 30fps acceptable, but I do not. I need at least 60fps for a game to feel smooth. The motion blur compensates and makes 30fps feel more smooth than another game that gets 30fps, but I can tell. On top of that, smooth is a consistent framerate.

Anyway, enjoy the AI. You'll get a laugh or two... or none.

I'm not feeling so bad about this anymore. Even you guys with state of the art systems shouldn't. There are literally dozens of games you can play maxed out that most of the world can't

this is just like with Oblivion which came out way last year. These things are kinda good for everyone because it makes people want a new solution and gives them a reason to buy one and that's what drives the GPU industry.

also look at it this way, if you're getting 25 fps with lots of eye candy and AA, I'm probably getting 4 fps
