I had everything on high (they call it "Gamer") and had to change some things to medium to get decent frames. Ran pretty much exactly the same as Crysis on same settings. Most of the times it was playable, then hit an area where everything would have to be on low to get good framerates.

Finished it this morning. If you liked the first one grab it, all it is is a different story arc and a few new weapons, vehicles, etc. Everything else is exactly the same, just shorter. My Steam stats are:
Crysis 10.8 hrs
Crysis Warhead 4.6 hrs
I didn't take as many breaks playing Warhead, and they were shorter, but I think Warhead should have been longer. The ending was disappointing because I thought there was going to be 1 more chapter to it, which would have been nice.
