I don't believe that, nor does it matter. It was your account with your name, and if you can't be responsible enough to control your friends on it, then it will be banned.

I have a new zero tolerance policy about this type of person. Such derogatory language is explicity told will NOT be allowed when you send me an email to join the clan....he was kicked/banned and then spamming join? Not a chance he'll ever change...or that we'll be the catalyst for such a thing. Completely unacceptable.
