I got banned on Office for rate hacking.
I was under the impression that the server automatically defaulted anything higher than its TIC rate to that TIC rate (as the console says something to that effect).
Apparently that is not the case, I was unaware of this and never got an actual explination to the contrary.
I've been playing here for well over a year, it was an honest mistake
cl_updaterate is set to 100 now, though I will happily change it to whatever other value you would request it at. This is the only place I play CS anymore (Save a gungames here and there), and I wouldn't want to be unable to play here.
