Banned for no suficeint Reason

I was banned in a claim that i was hacking. I was not, i've heard of hacking but i dont know how to do it. I have only been playing for like 4 months and i was able to get a lot of headshots with an awp on the cs_assault server. I had my friend go in and try and get the admin to unbann me, but he still claimed that i was hacking. I would really appreciate being unban from the server
