He was following people through obstacles with his gun.

I did see that guy yesterday, he seems to be someone who just joins to wonder around and not really play the game, he did not stay there long enough for me or any admin to notice anything weird or wrong, however; if I see him again I'll keep a close eye on him to see if further action is required.
