Wolf Team FPS Coming to Aeria Games

Hi All,

I asked Craig if there was a place where I could post a press release and he was kind enough to create this section of the forums just for that purpose

I wanted to let everyone know about an FPS game that was recently acquired by Aeria Games and should be going into closed beta later this month called Wolf Team. The website for this game should be up soon, but for now you can check out the forums here.

Aeria Games to Publish Sci-Fi FPS Wolf Team in North America and Europe

Santa Clara, Calif. (May 20, 2009) – Aeria Games has acquiredfirst-person-shooter Wolf Team, the newest Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter (FPS) developed by Softnyx, for release in both North America and Europe. Aeria will initially be launching the game in English and then later in German.

In the Sci-Fi themed Wolf Team, players log in to become superhuman werewolves, joining a clan and transforming into formidable beasts for speed, agility, the ability to scale sheer walls, among other enhanced biological features based on species. thanks for posting.

Since this is a free online game, do you have a micro-payment system built-in for upgrades, clothing, etc? Or are there in-game advertisements?

No in-game banner ads. As a free to play game we plan to sell certain items similar to what you mentioned in the future, but these are optional to purchase.

awesome! I beta tested twelve sky 2 (played the first a bit), played some shaiya, tried last chaos. You guys have put out some good quality products in the past for MMO's and Im definitely interested in seeing what a FPS you guys publish will be like. Im sure akabaloo and I will be in on it
