COD4 Coming to Steam

Well in case it wasn't already obvious and you just needed that one news article confirming it, Call of Duty 4 will be coming to steam.

So before pre-ordering your copy, you may want to consider the fact that having a disc-free copy of the game may be what you prefer.

I'm with you...I'd like all of my multiplayer games online. But any single player (like Bioshock) I'd like DVD's so I can sell them on fleaBay when I'm done playing.

I can only pay for the game in cash since im a poor college student so steam is out of the option.

mother focker! i just came back from lunch from pre-ordering the damn thing. god damn, i dont think gamestop will give me my money back either. SH!T!!!

i am also a poor college student that has all of his cash on a card, so this is an amazing relief to me. too bad its not the same for Crysis.

if they dont give me the game today then i'm canceling it. when's it coming out on steam? i haven't seen it on the site yet. if they do give it to me today then i'm just gunna take the cd one. i just dont want to use the cd every time i wanna play the game...

After my experience with Bioshock, I will not be ordering a 3rd party off of steam again. I couldn't play the game for almost two weeks after I payed for it due to bugs, and it took steam reps over a week to respond...

On the other hand as a first party distributer, steam is awesome.

I prefer to buy the games from the store so that I don't have to wait forever for them to download
