| | | Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for PC Neutered?!?
Breaking (and seemingly devastating) news concerning Modern Warfare 2 and the PC version. Via a BASHandSlash podcast (which you can listen to ) comes word that the online experience for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be a drastic change from previous games. Specifically, matchmaking based off of an InfinityWard.net backend will replace dedicated servers. There's supposedly a whole host of other changes, including full Steam integration, VAC support (instead of PunkBuster), and questions concerning server modifications and future DLC.
I'm listening to the (very long) podcast, and I'll try to update this post with key points and/or minute markers.

| | I barely played sp so the value for me is in multi. Playing with your friends in multi is just too much fun. playing with your self is well you know playing with yourself  and playing with random idiots well just sucks. |
