For those keeping track, the emergence of a new PS3 model would be the fifth, sixth, fourth *mumble* SKU ... actually, we've lost count.

still working on getting the 80 gig one since it has BC.. but if this turns out to be true and has the same capability as the 80 gig one, sweet.

btw, anybody seen that handy chart of all the PS3 types compared to each other? thought I book marked it but I can't find it anywhere now :P

I would assume that HW backwards Comp. is better than software.. but anybody know if the difference is even noticeable ? I'll most likely be getting an 80 gig.. unless those newer ones come out in the next few months...

with the PSN Store being able to download full games to the hard drive, im not surprized they are thinking about 120-160gb HD's
