True story, yahoo got left behind a long time ago. Only a small amount of people I know use yahoo but everyone uses google. Yahoo might as well take it, it's a lot of money and they don't have much to loose in the end.

I think 44.6 Billion is way to generous for the company. Maybe a few years ago before Google became... well Google.
