Yes, pertaining to their merger with Blizzard, apparently some of the stockholders aren't happy.

The stock holders did get screwed in that one. They probably wouldn't have said anything if it wasn't 49% but 52% just takes away all the goodness from the stockholders. They probably have a good case.
