That's so stupid. That reminds me when this tiny convience store in my town got a letter from hollywood saying they would sue them if they didn't change their name. Their name, "007 Mart" There was a whole story in the local paper about it. Honestly... that's stupid. The company Avery should sue me cause my name is Avery.

t-mobile = weaksauce, they should feel privileged that someone is trying to be like them. i've never even heard of the other company, so i dont think they have to worry about anything
