Filed in the US District Court of Northern California, the suit states that EA's 2004 and 2005 obtainment of the exclusive NFL, AFL and NCAA licenses constitutes "blatantly anticompetitive conduct." While they're at it, why not sue the NFL for being the only substantive professional football league? Make them give up their profits. Its anti-competative, right? Let's make them pay restitution.
