Blizzcon sells out in 24 hours for $100 per ticket. Gamespot has the full story

I wonder if they will do another round of tickets. When I went to buy my tickets a couple years ago it was sold out online. Then about a week later....

"Oh hay! We found more tickets!"

Dunno if they were the same price or jacked up a little bit more.

If the 2nd round comes around like before, I'm tempted to go. I'm not playing WOW atm but, it was still a lot of fun.

I read somewhere that DirecTV will be broadcasting from it (probably on channel 101, where they also have CGS). Plus all the press outlets will be there so nobody will miss anything.

I have been an MMO junkie in the past and it is a huge HUGE lifesink. But I have to admit that World of Warcraft is a very player friendly game and not like Sony MMOs that suck the life out of you as you play. With so many Blizzard games coming out and the the popularity of the ones that are out already I can see how these tickets went quickly.
