Admin Assistance Please.

Hey, so I was on vent at 12am Aug13th and I suddenly got jettisoned from Vent; banned. It said that I was banned for spamming. The same happened to Alcyone, and Josh_Truant. We didn't even get to play. Someone had just came into our room moments before glorifying how he has a masked IP, can't be banned, and is posing as people, and getting them banned. I'm assuming he posed as us... Anyway, I wasn't even talking at the moment I got banned. Though we were just about to play TF2.

I'm so sick of vent retards, honestly, it's rediculous.

Is there a way around this in the future?

I was the person that banned you and Josh_Truant. Alcyone is not banned and was never banned.

People were joining our Ventrilo channel full of admins with those names and were spamming. I don't know about impersonating people since it's hard to tell who the real people are.

Anyway, seeing as how you have a forum account and have actually contributed, I'll trust your response and I've went ahead and removed the bans for you and Josh_Truant. Alycone is not banned, so I don't know what to tell you regarding him.

Next time there are people spamming and impersonating you, page one of the admins and let them know what is going on so we can handle the situation better.
