They have to do all sorts of studys to make sure that it's not killing any endangered bird species... Its "funny" that environmentalists idea's are hammered down by other environmentalists so NOTHING get's done... And again, some poor nation gets to live without electricity. In the Documentary that I posted a link to above they show a medical center (hut) that uses solar power to run everything... well, really a single light bulb and a refridigerator... oh but wait, they can't use both at the same time...! Ah.. modern technology at it's best
