I joined FB recently because it seemed less teen-oriented than myspace, and my friend list is just a bunch of people from HS or college and work (mid to late 20s and early 30s) and relatives, and we post pictures of families, vacations, and other boring crap like that. I have a facebook, I don't do the whole application thing because they could be used as a gateway into your computer for some really bad stuff. But alas, scary stuff does happen on facebook.
Example: I wake up one day at 3 P.M. Check my facebook, it says one new friend request. Naturally I look at it. It was my mom. The horror....
